Your role ensures financial performance through strategic analysis and optimal resource allocation in order to reimagine medicine across 70 countries. Your responsibilities include but not limited to: Contract Administration and Process Rebates: • Review, analyze and evaluate contract language and manage contract changes such as adding/deleting products/NDCs. • Review and analyze pricing in Revitas contract systems; ensure accurate reimbursement; maintain proper contract files; monitor contract expiration report. • Process Medicaid Rebates within defined timelines. Resolve open disputes with states. Work closely with State personnel, internal customers and finance and rebate teams. Maintain good customer relations. • Analyze quarter over quarter invoice variances and provide business justifications. • Utilize internal and external systems and tools like Revitas, SharePoint, Cognos, IMS, State websites, Rebate Web, Goold, etc. to compile data necessary to research specific programs and claims to analyze product trends and variances across multiple quarters • Ensure proper compliance with Sarbanes Oxley controls; submit reports necessary to audit tests. Business Partnering: • Partnering with Government Pricing & contracting team to ensure accurate pricing calculations • Support the Government Price Compliance team with timely and accurate claims information for internal and external audits. Partnering with U.S. federal states to resolve claims’ issues, inquiries and claim dispute nnnn Position Title: Financial Analyst Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: • MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA / ICWA / any other equivalent degree • Minimum 2 to 4 years work experience required, preferably in the pharmaceutical or financial industries with financial analytics.
