Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Drives analytics and supports delivery of consulting projects for customers, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality objectives in the following areas: -Commercial strategy design -Field Force sizing and structure (sales force, access, medical teams) -Efficient resource deployment, using analytical tools & algorithms -Segmentation, Targeting and Call Plan design -Incentive scheme design and payout calculation strategies • Ad-hoc projects based on local business challenges identified through assessments and / or benchmarking • Leads and delivers consulting projects for customers, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality objectives on the assigned projects • Leads consulting analytics to develop methodologies, processes and SOPs relating to Sales Strategy and Capability services taking directions from Consultants • Ensures delivery of efficient and high-quality results and, promotes alliance and standard methodology sharing among resources • Ensures outstanding communication with all partners including internal associates, and clients through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, important metrics, standard methodologies, staffing changes and key events • Supports team operations by completing project/ proposal documentation – Customer Engagement Plan (CEP), completing post project activities, crafting SOPs and checklists.Mentors team members to support talent development across the wider team by focusing on • Approach to work (motivation, initiatives, integrity, partnership, people management) nnnn Position Title: Manager – FFO Consulting Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: Essential: • Experience (5+ years) in commercial execution/ management consulting or pharmaceutical company • Experience in working in a matrix and geographically dispersed environment Desirable requirements: • Ability to engage partners and influence strategic decision-making • Should have an understanding of pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment • Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach • Should be customer service oriented Why Novartis? 766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives.
