We are looking for dynamic individuals who can take up the responsibilities of a multi-faceted role that will cover tasks from and provide exposure into different departments of the organisation. The selected employee will be working directly with the top management and help them in the day-to-day functioning of the organisation.
Responsibilities: –
– Assisting the management in the day to day running of the centre
– Contacting potential clients and counselling them about the services we provide.
– Updating existing clients with the monthly schedule, revised schedules(if any), pending payments(if any) and events at the centre.
– Supervising day to day operations of the administrative department (Cleaning, repair, maintenance, security, infrastructure, food & beverage, catering & all other support services) and staff members.
– Assisting in accounting & budgeting planning, scheduling therapy sessions, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
– Complete vendor management ensuring the enforcement of company policies and standards.
– Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
– Assisting in setting new offices and expanding existing offices.
– Coordinating & managing offices landlords, vendors, suppliers, electrical/ waterboard & related authorities.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
