Qualifications and Skills
*Any Graduate having 1 year of sales experience or MBA in Sales and Marketing fresher Candidates can apply
*Sales skills with a passion for achieving targets
*Experience in B2B sales is a plus
*Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
*Ability to work independently and in a team
*Knowledge of channel sales, dealer sales, and distributor sales
*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Roles and Responsibilities
*Achieve sales targets and objectives in the assigned geographical area
*Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers
*Develop and implement sales strategies to promote company’s products and services
*Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
*Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
*Prepare sales reports and present to management
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
*Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
*Bike is compulsory and Driving licence is mandatory for this post
