JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
2) Handling & assigning work to office boy, housekeeping & pantry staff
3) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
4) Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
5) Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
6) Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
7) Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the Admin operations.
8) Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
9) Performing other relevant duties when needed.
10) Manage & renew AMCs on time
11) Handle minor financial transactions for the office – Travel reimbursement, Mobile bills, Refreshments etc
12) Management of Utility bills
13) Ensure timely supply of office stationary, toiletries & pantry stock at all office & plant locations
14) Courier Management
15) Vendor Management
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
