This internship offers a comprehensive experience in various aspects of human resources, providing exposure to the operational and strategic facets of HR management. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and ensuring a smooth integration into the organization. 2. Support HR administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records 3. Aid employee relations and engagement activities, ensuring a positive work environment. 4. Handle basic employee queries and provide support in conflict resolution. 5. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. 6. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention 7. Engage in implementing training and development programs, supporting initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities. 8. Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met. 9. Contribute to the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
