Job Description
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

Job Description
Impact revenue growth by collaborating with partners, business development, sales, and marketing
Define and drive diverse marketing strategies which are aligned to sales plan to create and accelerate pipeline,
Able to lead, influence and evaluate Partners’ integrated go-to-market plans. Gather marketing campaign data, evaluate the impact of strategies, and reporting the results.
Conduct monthly and quarterly pipeline creation reviews with partners to understand sales blockers and discuss plans to overcome them.
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with key partner stakeholders and marketing counterparts at partner organizations
Conduct Partner onboarding and to monitor effective and healthy utilization of COOP funds to drive results.
Maintain necessary relationships with suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
8 to 10 years of Partner marketing experience
Proven experience in a B2B marketing role (enterprise software, SAAS), planning and coordinating marketing campaigns
Highly skilled in omni-channel marketing methodologies, tools, and social media platforms like LinkedIn Social Selling with deep understanding of digital marketing in a B2B environment.
Strong project management skills and the ability to find clarity in ambiguous environments to accomplish tasks
Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and proactively communicate across teams
Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and virtually
Ability to think and work globally
Travel to select regions to plan and engage with Key Partners.
