Job Description
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
Responsibilities
Oracle CX Field Service team in India is responsible for successful integration of Oracle Field service product with other Oracle SaaS products (Fusion products like HCM, ERP, SCM etc.) and OCI Services (i.e., ODA, OIC, OAC etc.) which helps the customer to architect transformations and deliver efficient end to end business transformation flows. The role requires considerable breadth of knowledge and understanding of CX products, Fusion products, Fusion Middleware knowledge, industry best practices and CX-related business processes and technology designs.
The role involves analysis of multiple oracle products and provide the best solution to customers for their business process integrating various products. This requires intellectual discipline, a problem-solving aptitude, deep technology experience, interpersonal skills, creativity and independent judgment.
Experience/Skills Required
• 10+ years of experience in CX product development, support or consulting roles
• Hands-on experience with Fusion Apps products(HCM/ESM/SCM/CRM) as a lead developer, customer, consultant or partner
• Experience in any programming languages like Java , C/C++, HTML5, JS, PHP
• Experience in script writing (PHP, Perl, Shell, Python)
• Experience in SQL /MySQL Database
• Expertise in Service based application development (REST/SOAP)
• Hands-on experience in integrating multiple products by making customized configurations settings and troubleshooting of integration issues involving multiple products
• Experience as a senior team lead assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, functional configuration and testing
• Working Knowledge of Microservices Application development, Deployment & Monitoring, CI/CD process
• Experience and understanding of Kubernetes, Docker technologies
• Experience in using Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana monitoring tools
• Experience with enterprise architectures, integration models and technologies
• Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
• Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
• Proactive, Strong Result orientation (propose solutions based on product capabilities) and Creativity.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (Advanced English)
• Ability to manage team working remotely
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech in Computer Science or related engineering discipline from a reputed institute with consistently good academic record from Xth onwards.
