5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Job Description: Microservice Developer
The Microservices Developer plays an integral role in coding technical microservice based solutions. This role must have technical hands on experience in coding, testing and deploying microservices.
Minimum 7+ years of strong hands on experience in building Java/J2EE based applications. The relevant 1 + years of hands on experience in Microservice coding, testing and integration using Spring, SpringBoot, Spring Cloud, Netflix OSS stack and Microservices patterns

Essential job functions
Strong understanding of microservice architecture
Ability to develop and test scalable, elastic microservice based applications
Demonstrate knowledge of OAuth token-based authentication protocol
Serve as the technical champion for other developers by providing coaching, mentoring, and technical support for building their microservice competencies
Must have
At least 2+ years of hands on experience in development and maintenance with JAVA Springboot based Microservices
Experience developing and testing applications using microservices architecture and patterns
Write well unit tested, efficient and readable microservice code using 12 Factor App guidelines.
Experience in creating API gateway, service discovery, securing and deploying microservices as docker images
Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot , Spring Data, Spring Integration, Spring Batch JPA and REST services
Experience with the development tools like STS, Git, Maven, Sonar, Jenkins, Artifactory etc.
Experience with building microservices using RabbitMQ, Kafka
Experience with NoSQL Datastores such as Cassandra and MongoDB
Experience with web application servers like Tomcat, WebLogic etc
Experience with TDD, JUnit/Mockito and DevOps practices
Extensive Experience in Development and testing of applications using Java/J2EE Technology
Experience in developing and deploying Microservice solutions on premise/cloud infrastructure (AWS/Oracle/Google/Any other cloud)
Agile project experience using Scrum along with working on Agile tools like IBM RTC or JIRA
Analytical and Communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Fluent oral and written English.
