An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Lead and provide technical services as part of development and Implementation activities of Oracle ERP solution.
Assist with analysis, design and implementation of technical solutions for various business requirements. Analyze technical solution approaches, estimations, best practices, project risks and recommendations
Use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve deliverables that meet quality expectations of Oracle / Client.
Ability to translate business requirements into technology or design specifications
Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project
Perform proper handover / knowledge transfer at end of each assignment.
Hands on Expertise in Deployments and Backup/Restore Operations
Qualification / Experience
Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or Master of Computer Applications with experience ranging from 11 to 15 years. Candidate should have experience in leading teams integrating and extending ERP Cloud.
Candidate should also have development experience in Integration and extensions using Custom schema with PLSQL and/or SoA Gateway and XML).
Experience of writing efficient and optimize code and understanding of performance tuning techniques.
Experience in conversions and Interfaces into and out of ERP cloud: FBDI, HDL, ADDFDi, BIP, OTBI, as well as Web Services (SOAP & REST). Technical Lead as well as Hands on experience in PaaS, specifically, Oracle’s OIC, SOACS, JCS, VBCS, DBCS/ATP, Storage Cloud Service as it relates to SaaS Applications is a plus. In-depth understanding of Cloud technologies Integration strategies (Cloud to Cloud, Cloud to Ground) and Extensibility strategies is a plus
