A hands-on, high-energy experienced professional is welcome to our Talent Advisor’s team. You should be a self-starting multi-tasker who is accustomed to providing quality customer service in a client-driven team environment, with a proven ability to deliver results. Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Experience with targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals. Ability to target candidates and recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. 3 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment, fluent English and can do attitude.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain strong and effective partnership with Business stakeholders.
Generate pipeline and candidate flow through candidate searches on job boards, networking sites, search engines and other sources
Develop innovative sourcing strategies, meet hiring goals, and provide exceptional candidate experience.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques to include: cold calling, networking, research, database management, Internet, etc.
Interviewing and screening applicants.
Work with hiring managers to ensure they have sufficient support and clear understanding of the interview process.
Recruit appropriate candidates for open positions.
Represent our company in a professional manner.
Qualifications/Skills:
Recruitment experience in corporate required, IT or consulting recruitment experience preferred
Knowledge of contemporary HR and Recruiting staffing process.
Ability to build effective relationships and interact with all levels of the organization.
Thorough ability to convey a sense of urgency and professionalism to candidates.
Effective leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship building.
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
Results oriented – Proven consultative style in developing and maintaining relationships within and across organizations, and developing recruiting strategies in a wide variety of functional areas. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches.
Team Player – Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions.
Knowledge of various industries and business diversity recruiting; specific experience with recruiting in sales fields required.
Must have excellent communication skills in English.
Must be detail oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask.
A self-motivated individual who can work using his/her own initiative and as part of a team; excellent management, training and presentation skills.
Ability to manage full cycle recruitment, screens, interviews, recommends prospective employees for employment and extends offers of employment to successful candidates.
Proven ability to identify hiring manager’s needs, attain their commitment to the process, and to drive the recruitment process.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Must be familiar with a variety of recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree and recent industry experience preferred.
