1. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and overseeing the hiring process
2. Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new employees
3. Work closely with the founders to understand their vision and translate it into an actionable HR strategy
4. Manage and maintain HR records such as contracts, personnel files, performance reviews, disciplinary records, and leave applications
5. Evaluate performance and facilitate feedback sessions, working closely with management to develop improvement plans
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to employment practices
7. Facilitate performance appraisal process and work with management to develop a performance improvement plan
8. Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or grievances and ensuring a harmonious workplace
9. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
10. Provide advice and support to managers and staff on human resources matters
11. Assist in conducting internal audits of HR practices and procedures to ensure compliance
