Job Description
Designation: Front Desk .
· Should be presentable with excellent communication skills.
· Should be honest, trustworthy and respectful and should be flexible and demonstrate sound work ethics
· Must have minimum 2 years of Experience as a Front Office Manager.
Key Responsibility Area
· Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and telephone calls.
· Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
· Receive, direct telephone messages. Handling EPABX. To receive & transfer incoming telephone calls & to keep telephone numbers updated.
· Answer all incoming calls, respond to public inquiries and answer inquiries about Company.
· Making sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses in telephone responses.
· Client relationship Management
· Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
· Greet, assist and/or direct visitors.
· Perform other related duties as required
· Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
· Preparation of database of Client contacts and updating on regular basis
· Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
· Manage office supplies
· Handling Admin tasks and other secretarial work.
· Good knowledge of Ms word
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
