Manager – HR & Administration
Responsible for the complete HR Function for the Factory @ Karur and manage the remotely working Sales Team as HR Head.
Responsible for Recruitment, Onboarding of new employees, Training, HR Policy, Factory Employees Management along with contracted staff – Migrant workers, Monitor Leave and Attendance, Ensure Payroll Process, Statutory compliance administration, Benefit administration, Employee Travel Claims.
Responsible for the Factory General Administrative Support and manage the Security, 5S operations, and support function.
Requirement: –
Graduate and post graduation in HR would be an added advantage.
Must have exceptional knowledge in HR Management with previous experience of working in Factory set-up.
Must have through knowledge in statutory compliance and payroll function.
Must have good communication skills and MS Excel knowledge.
Must have prior experience of working in Administration Support Function as additional responsibility.
Must be able to lead the team and handle.
Language skill in Hindi would be added advantage to handle the migrant workers.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
