US Shift (08:30 PM to 05:30 AM), 5 working days, (Saturday and Sunday Off – fixed)

Fixed shift timings and fixed week offs.

Salary: to LPA (Unlimited Incentive)

Skills : Excellent spoken English communications skills.

Experience: Should have experience in international calling process/Or excellent communication skills for freshers

Education: graduate / undergraduate

International Outbound and Inbound / blended process.

Understanding business objectives to discover prospective customers’ preferences.

Maintain relationships with clients by providing information and guidance researching,

Recommending service and improvements.

Maintaining Excel.
