Job description: –
· Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
· Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement.
· Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
· Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
· Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
· Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
· Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
· Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
· Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
