Summary
The business development representativeOne who will learn about all procureport products and offerings and then participate in a robust sales cycle to ultimately close new businessA software sales consultant interacts with clients and prospective clients through online and over the phone consultations, product solution demonstrations, executive presentations, and follow-up discussionsHe/she is responsible for actively driving the product evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with management as the key solution adviserThe software sales consultant must be able to articulate technology and product positioning through consultative efforts, guiding prospective clients through the delivery of all solution demonstrations and meetings.

In the role of business development representative, you will wear many hats; your attention will be key in the following:
Create and deliver software product presentations based on necessities and competitive sales condition.
Uncover the needs of leads and prospects.
Expected to maintain and demonstrate a depth of knowledge of software product capabilities, value/benefit points, and client stories to be leveraged during sales process
Able to conceptualize and communicate how procureport software solutions can benefit an organization by streamlining its procurement process
Consultative review of prospective customer operations and make recommendations for improving business process opportunities with procureport solutions.
Able to respond and assist the functional and technical elements of various modules that are part of the source-to-pay process
Able to convey customer requirements to implementation team, account management, and product management teams
Other sales operations and support activities as required
You will report directly to the ceo/founder and be part of the initial team, building out the future salesforce for procureport.
Initially, mainly responsible for following up on leads to book a demo of the procureport software and assist with building out the future sales process.
Procureport has a comprehensive lead generation program providing for a ready list of target customers that the sales person can target immediatelyAdditionally, marketing automation software ensures that the sales person can focus on important tasks that leads to closing deals.
What you bring to the team.
Bachelor’s degree qualified or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in an equivalent role
Full cycle sales experience
Proven track record of delivering results and working towards targets
Able to make effective presentations or software demonstrations in time constrained situations.
Able to prioritize the work in a multi-tasking environment.
Able to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments, and take action wherever appropriate.
Strong consultative selling and sales aptitude.
