Key Responsibilities
Greet and Assist Visitors : Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
Appointment Scheduling : Manage appointments, coordinate schedules, and ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize patient flow.
Communication : Provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the customers and appropriate staff member
Registration : Ensure accurate customer registration and assist with the completion of necessary forms and paperwork.
Billing and Payments : Process payments, verify information, and assist with billing related inquiries.
Customer Feedback : Actively engage in feedback collection, testimonials and google reviews
Maintain Reception Area : Keep the reception area organized, and well stocked with necessary materials.
Records : Maintain and update customer records in compliance with privacy regulations.
Assist Staff : Provide administrative support to clinic staff as needed
Collaboration : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
