This role involves strategizing and implementing field marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, drive lead generation, and meet business goals. The ideal candidate will blend strategic prowess with creative flair to connect with our target audience in key locations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute field marketing plans: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive plans aligned with overall goals. Identify target markets and execute campaigns to engage potential customers. Plan and execute events to boost brand visibility
2. Collaborate with sales teams: Work closely with sales to understand regional priorities. Provide marketing support to ensure coordination between marketing and sales activities
3. Content and collateral development: Create tailored marketing collateral, ensuring consistent messaging and branding
4. Market research and analysis: Conduct local market research and analyze data to optimize future campaigns
5. Budget management: Manage field marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI
6. Reporting and analytics: Provide regular performance reports and use data analytics and insights to refine strategies
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 – 2,64,000 /year
