Roles & Responsibilities:
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Creation of digital learning content to meet specifications
Training administration as required including SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Learning Reporting and analytics
Resolution of user issues in QEHSS learning process & systems
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication & facilitation skills to understand problems and resolve over the phone
Strong skills in powerpoint & design based tools for creation of digital learning content
Organized with strong detail orientation and accustomed to meeting deadlines
Friendly, Service-oriented nature
Experience working in customer services environment, answering/scheduling calls
Ability to multi-task as well as adjust to changing business demands
Strong Excel/data management skills
Skills to work well in a fast-paced and challenging climate
Ability to work in a global, decentralized environment
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset

Qualification / Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
1-3 years of experience in Digital content creation (Using Articulate Storyline & RISE)
1-3 years’ experience training administration in an enterprise LMS (Preferably SAP)
Data management & analytics using Excel/Google Sheets
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt to/drive change across a dynamic business environment
