Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to develop team goals basis on the project and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member
Develop team schedules and assist in the successful on-boarding and training/mentoring of team members integrating them to the organization and providing a clear vision of the product.
Hosts Daily Stand-up Meetings, Sprint Planning Meetings, Retrospectives and Reviews as applicable.
Effective Task estimation, planning, tracking of the project
Produce project status reports as applicable.
Effective analysis, close monitoring, assist the program with the project success criteria, metrics collection analysis and define process, improvement plans.
Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow
Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address strength , weakness, plan for the improvement and offer support to improve skill gaps
Create a workspace that encourages creativity and innovation to get the most out of the team
Quickly and effectively resolve team conflicts.
Acquire Domain and product knowledge.
Technical background in software development projects
Understanding of SDLC process
Team Management, Multitasking skills.
Critical Thinking, Quick learner, Positive Attitude, Adaptability, Rapid Decision making.
Strong and effective Communication skills.
Conflict Resolution, Negotiation & Problem solving skills.
Software Development experience in any domain, preferable in C/ C++/ Java.
