Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Review the daily work completed by SMEs to ensure accuracy, compliance with guidelines, and educational effectiveness 2. Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or any other issues in the content 3. Provide detailed feedback and report on the reviewed content, highlighting mistakes, suggesting improvements, and outlining necessary actions 4. Maintain records of all reviewed content, ensuring transparency and accountability in the QC process 5. Collaborate with SMEs and team leaders to implement corrective actions, improve processes, and prevent recurring errors 6. Ensure that feedback and reports are submitted within established timeframes to facilitate quick corrective actions Requirements: 1. Exceptional attention to detail is crucial for this role to identify even the smallest errors and inconsistencies 2. The ability to analyze content for quality and accuracy is essential 3. A background in educational content is preferred 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and constructive feedback 5.
