The Campus Director Administration – organizes, directs, evaluates, and supervises the Support Team. Administration to oversee the functioning of various departments of the education campus including, administration, liaison, Facility, Security, Housekeeping, Hostels, Transport, Civil, IT, Maintenance, and safety etc
· Should have been worked in Institutions/university for minimum of 10-15yrs as Campus administration.
· Manage day to day essential activities
· Develop and implement all short term and long-term strategies and ensure consistency in same.
· Assist management with accurate information as required for all campus associate activities and initiate decisions
· Determine and ensure effective maintenance on organized structure on campus
· Supervise effective working of all subordinates and provide business and managerial assistance to all and develop effective team
· Analyze all fiscal requirements for campus and execute strategies to achieve same.
· Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory regulations.
· Develop and implement various business plans on quarterly and monthly basis ensure effective working of everyday operations
· Coordinate with human resource departments and develop various succession plans for management.
· Supervise all administrative functions for campus and ensure neat and clean appearance
· Collaborate with Director of Education and administer all campus activities
· Performs other related duties as assigned
· Ensures the Institutions compliance with applicable health, building, and safety licensing and certification requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control all aspects of campus facility operations services.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to supervise, manage and evaluate staff; ability to work with engineers, architects, contractors and other representatives of trades in management of construction and renovation projects.
Ability to effectively organize and direct personnel during crisis or emergency situations.
Ability to represent the college effectively and appropriately in interactions with internal and external individuals, organizations and agencies.
Ability to review and evaluate problems and to identify and implement creative solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to participate in professional development to keep up-to-date in technical skills and changes in codes and regulations.
Must be able to ensure the coordination of a large number of individuals/departments to assure the timely and satisfactory completion of significant changes and improvements to the campus.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
