Job Title:
Senior Lead – Salesforce Scrum Master
Primary Responsibilities :
Manage sprint cadence, statuses and updates using Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
Create sprints in ADO
Develop ADO dashboards to help facilitate progress and communications with the team
Lead scrum calls reviewing any open questions regarding stories & bugs assigned to the current sprint and DT sprint
Move items through the development stages as appropriate ensuring needed approvals at appropriate stages
Lead grooming calls for business prioritized stories
Following groom acceptance move stories to the DT sprint
Balance the team assignments and workload to complete current sprint stories with design estimates
Assign stories for design estimates as needed
Once Digital Technology stories are estimates manage the assignment of the stories to the appropriate sprint. Reassign for development if necessary.
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles developers are experiencing in developing solutions.
Coordinate all deployments with the Release Manager not only to production but to any project-in-flight environments.
Drive the Sustainment Operating Model process
Identify and recommend any process improvements
Generate Monthly summary for each completed sprint using ADO data
Prepare metrics for Control Tower reporting
Additional Expertise-
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Works autonomously with limited oversight from the manager
Deep understanding of Business domain areas like opportunities, products, cases
Basic Qualifications
BE/Btech/ME/Mtech with 7 + years of experience in Salesforce sales and service cloud.
SAFe Scrum Master Certified
Working Knowledge of AzureDev Ops
