We are looking for an HR Generalist who has hands-on experience in all the core HR activities. To perform well in this role.
Role: HR Generalist + Admin
Work Location: Pune, SP Infocity, Hadapsar Phursungi (Work from the office)
Minimum years of experience: 2 to 3 years
Salary – 3LPA – 4 LPA

Payroll Management
· Preparing Monthly Salary Sheets.
· Helping employees to claim their PF, ESI counter files, Enrolling new employees in ESI & PF…Etc.
Recruitment
· Job Postings wherever required
· Calling to the candidates using platforms like Naukri & Linked in and scheduling the interviews.
· Filling the positions with the right candidates with in the given timeline
People Development
· Conducting training sessions / PPT Presentations to employees according to their levels( Managers, executives,) on enhancing their skills Example Personality development, Behavioral skills, communication skills etc)
Maintaining Hiring to Relieving Process
· Offer Letters/ appointment letters/ relieving letters
· Induction Programs for new employees/ Id cards/ email configuration and all arrangements.
· Exit interviews
· Maintaining the Database of all the employees
Performance Management
· Reviewing the performance reports of the team members from the Managers.
· Preparing the individual Performance Report.
Employee Engagement
· Conducting events at the office
· Conducting engagement Activities at the workplace
Other works as assigned by the management, Support & Manage Employees (Issues, Concerns, Feedback)
Admin Activities
· Looking after Admin activities as per requirement.
