· Assist the CEO with daily responsibilities and completes a wide range of administrative tasks, such as keeping an active calendar of appointments, finalizing expense reports, writing and preparing correspondence, organizing intricate and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and collecting resources for meetings.
· Arranges logistics for high-level meetings both internally and publicly and speaks for the CEO’s behalf while speaking with the general staff. Organizes meetings and strategic initiatives

· Communicate with Board members, investors, foundation employees, and others regarding programming initiatives directly and on behalf of the CEO as requested. Refer to Board Support.
· Builds the information required for the applications and conducts research on potential corporate and foundation donors to determine and evaluate existing needs.
· Prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with funders and prospects; writes reports, letters of solicitation, and proposals.
· Assists the CEO fulfil their work in external obligations, such as serving on external boards, committees, or other organizations.
· Organizes surveys, formats papers, and performs other administrative work in support of the HR director.
· Performs additional tasks as directed.
· Oversees the training and support of the program
Whenever assistance is required, provide a hand with front desk tasks like taking messages, accepting packages and other deliveries, covering for lunch, and registering visitors and guests
