Role:
To be part of a team managing the hr shared services function for hr operations tasks.
Will be required to be a team player and should have strong communication skills and experience in handling hr benefits for india location, like pf, esic, insurance, gratuity etc.
The candidate should have good hands on experience in ms office, excel, hr tools such as peoplesoft & sap.
Job purpose:
The statutory & regulatory requirements related to the benefits of the employees for india location are adhered within the required timelines.
The role of the member will be to ensure that the employee has a seamless experience about their employee benefits within the organization.
Should be able to manage end-to-end process for all employee relating to their benefits.
To ensure that the tasks are managed efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
1.liaise with vendors and government authorities on a regular basis
2.compliant with legislation affecting area of work.
3.generate monthly dashboards and publish to senior management.
4.handle administrative tasks within hr shared services i.e.
I.ensure that all regulatory forms are collected from the employee at the time of joining.
Ii.need to be aware about indian labor laws
Iii.pfile management of all documents related to employee benefits, like regulatory forms for pf, insurance, gratuity etc.
Iv.ensure hr systems/ vendor are updated correctly with current dependent for all employee benefits.
V.manage employee queries relating to employee benefits during the entire life cycle of the employee.
Vi.ensure that necessary trackers are maintained for various processes
Vii.prepare mis reports
Candidate requirements for the role:
Experience in managing hr benefits like pf, esic, insurance etcFor india location.
Need at least 4-5 years of hands on experience in managing hr operations for benefits.
Preferred candidates with knowledge of indian labor laws.
