Support sales and other business teams and work closely with india and regional/hq leadership team/s.
Implement and improve crm best practices.prepare & generate reports of current sales activity, crm audits
Cooperate with other areas of the organisation to increase sales efficiency
Conduct analysis for the purposes of sales projects;
Analyse and optimise sales outreach campaigns;
Manage internal projects and organise internal trainings and onboardings;
Provide market and prospect-based research;
Create new & develop existing sales tools;
Submit timely and accurate reports to management that provide information regarding forecasts, sales and market activity, performance and current status of assigned territory/accounts.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a sales support positionTotal work experience of not more than 2-3 years.
Independence, accuracy, proactivity and an entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in sales enablement roles like sales support, sales analysis, market analysis, market research, project management;
The ability to communicate information and conclusions clearly and effectively
Very well-developed skills of logical and analytical thinking
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge and / or experience in the field of digital and programmatic will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage priorities within a matrix organisation;
