We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO at our rapidly growing public relations firm. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated history of driving organizational initiatives and managing high-level administrative responsibilities. The EA to CEO will play a critical role in facilitating efficient communication, coordinating complex schedules, and providing strategic support to the CEO and the executive team.

Qualifications & Skills
1. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management, preferably in a PR, Marketing or communications firm.
2. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly and professional demeanour.
4. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
5. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
7. Discretion and confidentiality.
8. Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
9. Ability to understand and interpret business data.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred. Additional qualification as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
