Summary
SAP Business Technology Platform is the base for all the future innovations at SAP. BTP Core Foundation PlaneEngineering & Delivery Services team focuses on providing services and solutions that strengthens the platform to be stable and resilient. The BTP Reference Applications Development team works on creating sample/reference applications that demonstrates the functionality and integration possibilities. We use these applications to educate external and internal developers on how to consume SAP technologies ; drive adoption of SAP technologies. Also used for education, demos, SAP TechEd sessions, Open SAP courses and for customer rollouts .
Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about software development and technology, someone who wants to learn and stretch beyond his/her own limits every day, someone who is willing to work on difficult projects that changes our customers worlds.
Designing and development of Cloud Native reference applications on SAP Business Technology Platform.
Resolves complex issues within own area of expertise.
Develops end to end product and technical knowledge and shares expertise within and across teams.
Collaboration with different stakeholders and raise the relevant questions to finetune our deliverables
Enable internal and external stakeholders as required
Collaborate and share feedback with the stakeholders
Role Requirement
B. Tech/ M. Tech/ MCA in a related technical discipline, ideally in Computer Science
5 8 years of relevant work experience
Hands-on experience in designing and developing microservices, container and cloud-native applications
Strong Experience in working with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
Experience in developing and deploy application on cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
Very strong knowledge in Object Oriented Programming
Strongproficiency inNode.jsor Java/J2EE
Experience working with APIs, especially RESTful services
Proficient in SQLandknowledge ofdatabases like SAP HANA/PostgreSQL
Experience in designing and developing a modern CI/CD infrastructure using Git/Jenkins/Maven/Helm or similar tools.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to take responsibility of the assigned topics and drive required results
