Key Responsibilities

• acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for Director’s attention
• managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Director
• organizing events and conferences
• reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
• typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• managing databases and filing systems
• implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• collating and filing expenses
• miscellaneous tasks to support the Director (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.

Qualifications

No formal academic qualifications are required.

Salary Range

INR15,000-INR20,000 per month (CTC) + 360 degree performance appraisal for career growth

Location

Probation Period(3 months): Remote/Work-From-Home

Upon Confirmation: Preferred location is Jaipur (however if in the probation period the work-from-home setup suits the Director then the same can be continued)

What will a day look like?

9:00 am – 12:00 pm : Making calls, fixing appointments, arranging meetings, fixing calendar

12:00 pm – 2:00 pm : replying to emails, updating the social media accounts

3:00 pm – 5:30 pm : preparing reports, presentations

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm : Call with Director for day’s briefing and next day’s planning

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹180,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per year
