A shareholder agreement in this regard has been entered on April 13, 2011, between SBI & AMUNDI Asset Management. Accordingly, SBI currently holds a 63% stake in SBIFMPL, and the 37% stake is held by AMUNDI Asset Management through a wholly-owned subsidiary, Amundi India Holding. Initially, this 37% holding was held by Societe Generale Asset Management S.A. (-SGAM-), a subsidiary of Societe Generale S.A (-SG-) which was transferred to Amundi in June 2011 with due approval of SEBI under SEBI (mutual funds) Regulations, 1996. AMUNDI Asset Management shall provide strategic support to the company.
Coordination with SBI Branches in the Region / Location, mobilize sales from allocated branches, maintain good relationship with respective SBI Branch Officers.
Key responsibilities
1. Coordination with SBI Branches in the Region/Location
2. Assume full accountability for all aspects of sales in the Branch
3. Coordination with SBI Branches in the Circle/RBO/Location
4. Primary responsibility of a Relationship Manager is selling of SBIMF products at the location and areas in and around the identified location and Relationship Building for generating sales
5. Prospecting of customers through New client acquisition, network, data base, References and open market
6. Liaising with his investors/distributors/banks/institutions depending for selling/ targeting specific schemes as identified by the business head
7. Co-ordination & Organizing Investor Awareness Programs
8. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customer, enhancing customer satisfaction & securing repeat business.
9. To penetrate all targeted key accounts and originate upselling opportunities
10. Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
11. Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
12. Channel Development & networking skills for achieving Channel Sales

Qualification & Experience
1. MBA & Graduate with 2 – 5 years of Industry Experience
