Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage to schedule for company Founder(s).
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the company’s Founder & CEO.
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Founder & CEO
- Prioritise emails and respond when necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain various records and documents for the company’s Founders and CEO.
Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience :
- Executive assistants – with minimum qualifications – Bachelor’s degree
- Must have- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Time-management skills, Ability to pay attention to detail, Organisation skills, Ability to multitask, Interpersonal skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
