Semarchy is looking for a customer success consultant with a focus on technical pre-sales who knows the enterprise software spaceYour primary objective will be to solve our prospective client’s complex data-related business issues with our innovative, best-of-breed xdm solution (top-5 analyst rated product).
Requirements
BTech / be degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer engineering, computer science, or related areas
3+ years’ experience working with data and relational databases
Knowledge of database and sql are a must have, experience with analytics, and data integration solutions (etl/elt), or master data management tools is a big plus
Passion for the job and working in a customer focused environment
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Solid cloud experience (aws, azure, gcp, hybrid, private, etc.)
Solid technical backgroundImportant technologies include sql – java – linux
Excellent presentation / soft skills (a presence / good personality) and enthusiasm
Preferred skills – strong references of your character, teamwork, dedication to client’s success
Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and creativity skills
Ability to work independently and swiftly learn new and apply technologies to various business challenges
Customer oriented and able to meet deadlines in a friendly and professional manner
Consistent solid performance and great teamwork, along with adaptability, ingenuity, candor and flexibility are required as this role requires an individual who can perform a wide range of tasks
Responsibilities
Partner with sales to plan, prepare and execute strategically to encourage prospective enterprise clients to invest in our innovative mdm solution
Understand client requirements to best support them and provide optimally configured solutions
Model the logical business case associated with each client opportunity to successfully match and modify requirements to proposed solutions
Create and deliver powerful technical presentations and demonstrations that clearly explain our solution
Evangelize the uniqueness of our value proposition
Manage technical aspects of rfp / rfi responses
Aid in the implementation of client solutions (cloud, on-premises, etc.)
Recommend improvements, understanding how best to employ our software to meet client needs
Effectively communicate and represent the needs of clients to development and support organizations
Collect and document competitive intelligence
Liaise with partners across our channel organization
Potentially train and consult with clients beyond the sale.
