To be based in Cochin
Prerequisites:
Ø Age between 23-30 years.
Ø Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR & Admin, preferably with IT knowhow.
Ø Conversant with all aspects of labour laws and statutory filings.
Ø Should possess experience in coordination of all HR functions- Recruitments, Onboarding, Daily Attendance, Preparing Muster Rolls & Payrolls.
Ø A good command over English.
Ø Dynamic & energetic with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow.
Ø Ability to interact across the organization with a strong team orientation.
