Experience Required:Min 3-5 years of experience as EA to CEO/Dir/MD/Founder etc
The job role includes all the tasks and activities related to an EA but not limited to the below:
Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected. Serves as the liaison to board members. Creates a win-win situations for direct access to CEO’s time amp; Office.
Manage communication (From CEO’s Desk). Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential and crucial. Drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the company.
Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings, off-sites and staff meetings as and when required.
Follows up on contacts made by the CEO’s office and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships.
There will be multiple external and internal stakeholders to manage, hence, communication skills, convincing skills, pleasing personality along with excellent stake holder management will be required.
