Job Description :
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
* Supervise administrative staff.
* Assist MD to prepare meetings such as Management meetings & General meetings.
* Assist MD in preparing presentations, reports, and other meeting materials.
* Screening phone calls and dealing with inquiries where appropriate to MD.
* Making appointments and planning MD’s diary.
* Perform other duties and official functions as per Occasion.
* Keep records of important documents of the company.
* Take ownership responsibility and work for the betterment of the company.
* Hire suitable candidates as per Requirements of the organization.
Job Description :
* Bachelor degree must.
* Leadership & Management quality.
* Flexible in languages – English/Hindi
* Excellent computing especially in the internet, Mail, MS Excel.
* Knowledge of current Affairs of Business growing & software.
* Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, and hardworking with high patience.
*Able to work under pressure.

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
