You’ll make a difference by:
Shall be leading a team of more than 50 skilled resources in both verticals Auto ( airconditioning) and Fire.
Able to coordinate with customers located in more than 10 countries across the globe.
Leading by example in delivering quality in engineering deliverables in time.
Has a good understanding in basic commercial terms.
Preparation for the MIS for management reviews including with HQ at Germany.
Developing new innovations to improve productivity through the process optimisation and tool development.
Create an innovation culture.
Make things happen using the latest technologies.
Promote Diversity and sustainability.
Being a part of leadership team in business.
Drive the change as and when required.

This role is based in Bangalore. But you’ll also get to visit other locations in India and globe, so you’ll need to go where this journey takes you.
