Urgent hiring for Digital Commerce Platform – Solution Lead Role
Location – Gurugram, Coimbatore, Bangalore and Hyderabad
Working Mode – Hybrid
Experience – Minimum 15 years

Requirement :
15+ years of experience in commerce platform in which at least 10+ years of experience in Adobe Commerce (aka Magento) and at least 2+ years of experience in another commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce, Commerce tools, SAP Hybris, SAP Commerce Cloud, etc.
Proven track record of leading large technical teams, competencies, or Centers of
Excellence (COE) in the digital marketing domain.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
Expertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, PHP, services-based architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targeting
Experience working in pre-sale and marketing.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as commerce, D2C, experience driven commerce, personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, data driven optimization of experiences
Innovative thinker and desire to help us build out a new Consulting practice and be a pioneer within the industry.
