Job summary:
Support branch head – delhi to effectively manage and deepen existing client relationships by promoting cross sell and increasing profitability
Support the delhi cov team to grow nbi (as defined in objectives for the year) by ensuring utilization of existing limits and increasing cross sell in line with bank’s credit, compliance and profitability strategy
Help grow the portfolio of clients through new onboardings in line with bank’s credit, compliance and profitability strategy
Effectively leverage the bank’s network
Main responsibilities :
To support branch head – delhi to grow and improve nbi and profitability targets as outlined in yearly budget in line with bank’s strategy, credit and compliance standards
To support branch head – delhi to canvass new business and increase quality assets and liability portfolio of the bank in line with bank’s profitability standards
Work with credit group (cre) for preparation of credit files and memosThis involves a clear understanding of the credit position of the customer, facility appropriateness and complex structures being customized for the clientObtain information from the client necessary for cre or risk analyst for completion of the credit files.
Effectively meet the day-to-day requirements of customers of the portfolio and to liaise with operational teams such as credit operations, risk, & legal, to ensure that transactions are satisfactorily completed while ensuring that the same are conducted as per risk / internal guidelines.
Ensure completion of all kyc, transactional and security documentation within deadlines approved by risk / client operations team / legalClient relationship at various operating levels is hence of prime importance.
Maintain societe generale’s internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
Strict compliance with all regulatory (local, regional as well as global applicable to the group) and internal policies and guidelines
Manage risks in line with the bank’s policy (credit, regulatory, reputational and operational)
Profile required
Candidate profile:
Academic background:- mba / ca / masters’ degree in commerce related stream
Relevant working experience in number of years:- 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate banking departments of indian private sector or mnc banks
