Key Responsibilities

  • Call/communicate by mail with the customers for renewal orders and payment follow-ups
  • Send renewal proposals to the customers
  • Prepare our internal CRM documents (STF/SSTF) on receipt of orders
  • Coordinate with our internal teams for invoicing and any other order processing related activities
