**Key Responsibilities:**

– Writing Meeting Minutes: Capture and document key points discussed in meetings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

– Coordinating Agendas: Assist in organizing meeting agendas, ensuring all relevant topics are covered and communicated to participants.

– Diligent Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments made during meetings, keeping both account managers and the business development team on track.

– Research Assistance: Conduct research as needed to support marketing and sales initiatives, providing valuable insights and information to aid decision-making.

– Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including organizing files, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
