General Requirements and Job Duties:
Understand and interpret the technical data available in Component Manufacturer datasheets such as Electrical attributes, Part status and life cycle related attributes, Environmental compliance information, Production discontinuance notices, Product change notifications etc. of an electronic/mechanical device. Capture /QA the data as per the guideline, capture templates and deliver the data as per set Quality targets.
Specific Job Duties –
Classification, Data Capture and QC of alert documents for electronic components, Component Life Cycle , Export compliance , Country of Origin (COO) etc,
Interpret, Analyse and Match Customer part numbers and Manufacturer part numbers with Parts in Part Intelligence Database.
Ability to identify Alternate Components which are functional or Drop-in replacements for Obsolete and End of Life components.
Search and Source Data, Alert documents from manufacturer websites and other sources relevant for Parts database customers.
Responsible for Error free deliveries
Other Specifications
Candidates should possess Good knowledge on various Electronic components and basic functions, RoHS and REACh, Part lifecycle and ISO-9001:2015 .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Education:
Graduate in Engineering – Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience.
