1. Assisting in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.

4. Collaborating with the team to develop and post engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
5. Assisting in the preparation of reports and analytics to track recruitment metrics and performance.
