Role responsibilities
Launching new variants bil/gil product / policy enablers to ensure higher business volumes.
Good knowledge of business banking products & processes within the bank in terms of applications and processes.
Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
Introduce new revenue lines for business banking products – concept, approvals and implementation
Introduce & drive fresh campaigns for increasing tele-sales based business volumes – propensity based, prequalified, scrub based, commercial triggers.
Streamlining / revising cgtmse process for guarantee instalment loan
Managing attrition within the allocated budgetsIncludes tracking of monthly attrition & ensuring measures to control.
Drive cost initiatives for bil/gil products thereby improving per account profitability
To lead the digitisation project from product / business for bil/gil ensuring successful implementationThe role includes requirement analysis, process design, end to end implementation, testing for bil/gil.
Ensuring adherence to legal / compliance regulations and service queries, ensure audit readiness for bil/gil product
Engagement and timely closure of all governance requirements – cst, fcs, audit queries
