Job Responsibility
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Selecting and hiring new staff.
- Candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding
- Handle employee engagement
- Provide administrative support
- Coordinating office activities
- It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 3+ years Experience.
Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Requirements
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Proven 1+ year experience as an IT/non IT Recruiter, HR consultant or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems

- Be active with online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates
