Responsibilities
1. Assisting the HOD – HR in all HR and Admin related activities for the office and plant Admin
2. Monitoring external parties like housekeeping and security including their attendance, performance and issues
3. Working for uninterrupted supply of consumables like tea, coffee, milk, sugar and office essentials like stationary
4. Working for uninterrupted water supply of both drinking and utility water
5. Keeping good working condition of printer and other office equipment
6. Working proactively for providing a clean, hygienic and safe work environment
7. Taking round on shop floor, and advising the team in terms of cleaning as and when required
8. Making Arrangements for the guests
9. Checking with the Security if the challan is proper in terms of IN & OUT activities handling
10. Checking that if the security is Maintaining the register properly or not for IN OUT
11. Assisting in generator maintenance and maintaining required minimum diesel level in generator
12. Assisting in liaising with police and local authorities as and when required. Keeping good relations in close-by locality.
13. Providing a helping hand in collecting quotations and recommending for finalization of vendors
14. Helping in carrying out HR or Admin related events like Annual function, Birthdays, Vendor meets etc
15. Coordinating with courier, travel or other external agencies and forwarding their bills to HO Time Office, Attendance and Payroll
16. Helping in updating attendance on daily basis on XL sheet as well as system
17. Calculating Attendance, overtime, Leaves and providing the HR In-charge for approval
18. Handling Payroll processing before 3rd of every month
19. Providing inputs related to late coming, attendance, adjustments, exits, new joinees etc to HO office on monthly basis for preparation of payroll Recruitment
20. Assisting in providing end to end recruitment including Searching candidates, Coordinating for interviews, offers negotiations etc
21. Understanding the roles and Taking profiles from the portal
22. Calling the candidates and scheduling them for the interview
Audit Data Facilitation
23. Helping in facilitating data for various HR and Admin audits
24. Assisting in all legal compliance related to HR and Admin
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,500.00 – ₹25,757.02 per month
