Job purpose:
This is a branding and communications role, to further build positive employer reputation of the india centre, within and outside the organizationThe position holder will lead the strategy and execution of designing campaigns to create & maintain positive brand image for existing and potential employee pool to support employee engagement & talent attraction agenda.
Key responsibility areas:
Develop, manage, and execute asc india’s communications strategy.
Work with india leadership team to design functional marketing plans to support organizational people-centric goals.
Support the senior leadership team in designing their internal/external communicationDevelop talking points, emails, presentations, videos, or any other media to suit leadership messaging for events or initiatives.
Support and manage multiple internal communication initiatives with different cross-functional and business teams, including writing, editing, and executing high impact employee engagement campaigns, initiatives, and events.
Develop, manage, and execute change communication plans aimed at supporting leaders and employees.
Work closely with hr teams to keep employee engagement programs successfully communicated and cascaded.
Work closely with talent acquisition teams to support communications for potential talent, designing brochures, campaigns, social media posts etc.
Liaison with slf canada communications teams for leadership messaging, and any other strategic initiatives.
Work towards building industry presence within the gic ecosystem by partnering with organizations like nasscom and ciiDrive their communication charter for organizational benefit.
Drive positive content across companies’ social media channels to boost talent brand indexMonitor social media performance and reporting.
Liaise with the pr vendor to identify media opportunities and get those addressed internally with stakeholders.
Lead a team of talent professionals to help deliver to communications and branding agenda
Expertise areas:
10+ years of professional experience in internal communications.
3 years + relevant experience in working with leadership teams and their messaging.
Adept at different formats of communication via mails, videos, events, social posts, or offline campaigns.
Experience interacting with a culturally diverse employee base.
Strong project management, political savvy, and organization navigation skills, with the ability to manage several priorities concurrently.
Managing and coordinating internal and external resources, with successful experience managing cost-effective vendor relationships.
Relationship builder who can develop partnerships and credibility with internal constituents at all levels, including senior leadership.
A creative thinker who can develop solutions and execute with excellence.
Ability to be hands on, manage conflicting priorities, project manage will be key
