Job Description
– Responsible for all HR management and development (including recruitment and selection
policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, training and
development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any
other HR related issues).
– Lead the work to regularly review the company’s talent management processes within the
business areas, including performance/potential management, resource planning and succession
planning. Maintaining a smooth on boarding process.
– Payroll Management & Compliance PF, ESI, Factory Act etc of for all projects /Sites.
– Must carry sound knowledge on Statutory Compliances (State wise)
– Site Visits for smooth running organization & coordination and monitoring at all sites/projects
with cluster managers
– Training, counseling, and coaching our staff. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional
mediation.
– Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
– Conducting performance evaluations.
– Creating clear and concise reports.
– Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
– Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
– Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
– Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Desired Candidate Profile
– Bachelor s or Masters Degree in human resources management or equivalent.
– Experience in human resources management is mandatory.
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
– Proven process and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with
all levels of management
