Position : Executive Assistant to MD
Qualification: Graduate
Location: RA Puram, Chennai
Experience: Minimum 3years as Executive Assistant.

Job Description :
· Assist the Managing Director with his routine work
· Send and receive quotations from vendors (purchasing of machinery, ancillary equipment, etc.), sending and receiving emails from various service providers.
· Insurance paperwork, internet connection renewal, sim card activation, coordination with courier service providers to collect samples.
· Process subsidy papers and bank documents
· Validate accounts as well as bank certificates
· Collate accounts of staff, travel advances, and other expenses relating to entertainment and travel.
· Coordinate with the factory for various reports and verify the same.
· To process reports on employee expense, information on salary, and organization timesheets
· Ensure proper review of accounts for appropriate supervision of transactions, and for suitable placement to designated areas.
· Supervise, track and post income, expenses, and gifts.
· File and ensure all papers are documented in their respective files.
· Auditing, should be from financial background knowledge likewise B. Com, Economics, Finance handling
